Brian has been working with Healthcare Information Technology for more than 20 years, beginning as a Business Analyst for a regional insurance provider, and advancing steadily to Implementation Analyst, Product Manager and Project Manager at a leading claims clearinghouse. He joined Harris Healthcare as a Director specializing in Revenue Cycle Management and Patient Portals, and is now the Executive Vice President of Harris Coordinated Care Solutions.
Highly motivated and a market visionary, Brian has a successful track record delivering positive, transformative results through strong leadership, strategic planning and a focus on providing value to customers. He offers proven ability to build, inspire and lead high-performing teams that deliver quality products and services. As EVP, he is responsible for the overall strategic and operational direction of the business, including sales, product development, professional services and customer support.
A Project Management Professional (PMP), Brian has an MBA from the University of Florida.
Zack has been helping healthcare organizations improve their operations for 20 years. A statistician by education, he began his career working alongside physician and nurse leaders in clinical pathway development for a California hospital system. Zack’s oversight then expanded into regulatory compliance for Medicare and accrediting organizations such as the Joint Commission. He was also part of a group that built and opened a new hospital in Texas, extending his expertise to include the business office, medical records and information technology management.
With the emergence of Meaningful Use in 2010, Zack made the move from hospital executive to the Electronic Health Records industry, where he helped lead the deployment and support of a newly-developed, SaaS-based EHR system. Zack ultimately came to Harris Coordinated Care Solutions through an acquisition of the Hospital Financial software applications previously owned by NextGen Healthcare. His passion for performance improvement and team development contribute to the strength and continued growth of our support and services teams at Harris.
Keith has more than 20 years of experience working in the Information Technology and Healthcare industries. For the past 10 years, he has been integral to the development, implementation, and support of Harris Coordinated Care Solutions eCCP EHR technology for behavioral and mental health, including as a Developer, Trainer, Sales Engineer, Product Manager, and currently the Vice President of Research & Development.
Previously, Keith held various roles in a range of organizations, from not-for-profit community behavioral health providers to software vendors. Overall, his diverse background combining Healthcare IT with behavioral health organizational and business experience enables him to easily relate to customers and navigate within Harris to help ensure on-time, on-budget solutions delivery with rapid, measurable results.
Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University of Ohio.
Tom is a proven sales and growth leader in the public sector, with not-for-profit organizations, and in the private sector (B2B and B2G). For more than 20 years, he has been working with cross-functional sales, operations, professional services and technical personnel to sell and support EHR, Practice Management and RCM solutions (ASP, Cloud/SaaS and traditional models) primarily in the Behavioral and Mental Health, Public Health, and Population Health marketplaces.
As Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Tom leads Harris Coordinated Care Solutions sales and account management, including responsibility for P&L, overall development and execution of sales & marketing strategy, business planning and management, marketing collateral and communications, pre-sales RFP activities and vendor negotiations, post-sales support and SOWs, and trade shows and user groups/user conference planning. He additionally assists with sales due diligence for corporate M&A.
